Before founding SDM Law, Silvia D. Manashirov spent more than a decade representing hospitals, healthcare systems, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, and medical professionals in high-exposure medical malpractice matters.

Nursing home negligence occurs when a facility or its staff fails to provide reasonable care, resulting in harm to a resident. This often includes failures in supervision, hygiene, nutrition, or safety.
